Below, you can find the slideshow that I presented at the Undergraduate Research and Engagement Symposium during Loyola's Weekend of Excellence. At the start of the the presentation, I give background information on myself, the Social Justice Internship program, and my internship site, Misericordia. Next, I provide details about the Personal Effectiveness Program and include some pictures of the residents at PEP engaging in various activities. After that, I explain what my roles were at PEP and include pictures of some of the projects that I created. I conclude the presentation by explaining how a program like PEP and a place like Misericordia are related to social justice, which is one of the biggest lessons that I learned this year.
